- 2 pints cooked beans (1 pound dry, soaked, and pre-cooked)
- ¼ lb of bacon, cooked and coarsely chopped
- 1 lb of ground beef, browned on a stove top
- 2 T. onion powder
- 1 t. Pepper
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 T ground cumin
- 1 t. dried oregano
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1-8 oz can tomato sauce
- 6 cups beef stock
How to Cook:
Preheat solar oven while browning meats. Combine all in dark pan, put on lid, and place in oven for 4 hours. Serve as is, or topped with chopped fresh onions, sour cream, and shredded cheddar.
